Seitenarm der Donau beginnt im slowakisch-ungarischen Grenzgebiet und mündet hinter Györ wieder in die Donau. Wer die Monsoni-Duna rudern will, muss auf dem Landweg die slowakisch-ungarische Grenze passieren und bei Rajka einsetzen (nach Wehr bei einem Campingplatz). Die Monsoni-Duna ist nicht kilometriert.
Eine gute Wasserkarte, auf der auch Camping- und Lagerplätze eingezeichnet sind, ist die Karte "Duna 1" von Bratislava bis Komaróm, die man online bestellen kann (http://www.mittelosteuropa-landkarten.com).
