Kalter, gut 12 km langer, schöner See östlich von Ostróda (Osterode) und mit dieser Stadt über einen Kanal verbunden. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten, da am Rande diverse Gehöfte liegen, wo man Boote oder Bootsanhänger lagern kann. Anfahrt über die Landstraße 16 von Ostróda.
(RHS) Camp site: "Pod Sosnami" ("Unter den Kiefern")
Gut von der Landstraße 16 zu erreichender Biwakplatz. Sehr saubere Sanitäreinrichtung, kleine Bar ("Bei Jacek") mit kleinem Bier- und Speisenangebot. Für Zelter keine Reservierung notwendig. Stehenlassen des Anhängers für mehrere Tage war kein Problem. Webseite auf deutsch. Schilder am Straßenrand sind nicht zu übersehen. Nachteil: die Landstraße 16 ist deutlich zu hören, da sie direkt am See vorbeiführt und dort in einer Mulde ist.
