Delta del Paraná (1. Sektion)
Dieser Flussdelta wird vom Paraná Fluss gebildet und mündet am Rio de la Plata (La Plata Fluss) in Buenos Aires.
Die sogenannte erste Sektion diesen Deltas gehört zu der Stadt Tigre, nur 30 Km von Buenos Aires Hauptstadt entfernt.
Es wird von ca. 300 Flüssen, Kanäle und Bächen gespült. Die beliebtesten Ruder-Regatten finden meistens auf dem Río Luján oder auf der Regatta Renn-Strecke statt.
Wander-Rudern hat hier auch aufgrund der landschaftlichen Vielfalt große Beliebtheit. Es gibt ca. 15 Vereine die meisten davon sind bestimmten Volksgruppen zugeordnet, so zB. Ruderverein Teutonia den Deutschen, Canottieri Italiani (ITA), Club Suizo (SUI), Club L'Aviron (FRA), Hacoaj (ISR), Tigre Boat Club (ENG), Club Hispano-Argentino (SPA) usw.
Beliebte Flüsse in diesem Delta zum Rudern: Río Lujan, Gambado, Canal Rompani, Abra Vieja, Espera, Sarmiento, Capitán, Esperita, Carapachay, San Antonio, u.v.m.

Un grupo de amigos, algunos ex socios del Club de Regatas La Marina y del Hispano Argentino, decidieron fundar un club de remo; con esa idea y el apoyo de otros se hicieron reuniones en Buenos Aires, en la oficina del Ingeniero Luis Rolla.
Se concretó una asamblea fundacional para el Nacional Rowing Club el día 30 de mayo de 1916

Club Suizo - Schweizer Verein, gegründet 1913 in Buenos Aires bietet 41 Boote, vom Einer bis zum 8+, vorwiegend, wie es im allgemeinen in Argentinien noch üblich ist, in Holzbauweise. Tennis-Plätze, Swimmingpool, Restaurant, Aufenthaltsräume so wie einige Schlafzimmer stehen den Mitgliedern und deren Gäste zu Verfügung.
