Es ist mit Behinderung durch die Berufsschifffahrt zu rechnen. Die max. Höchstgeschwindigkeit ist 30 km/h. Die Schubeinheiten (max. Länge 170m) sind nicht das Problem, sondern die Hotelschiffe, die auch am späten Abend noch fahren. Also keine Boote unbeaufsichtigt am Steg liegen lassen. Über Nacht die Boote herausnehmen oder besser, in einer Marina Station machen. Bauarbeiten an einigen Schleusen (sh. http://www.elwis.de/). In diesem Fall kein Austausch der Mannschaft möglich. Seit dem 01.01.2009 ist die Benutzung der Schifffahrtsschleusen für Kleinboote gebührenfrei.
